Step 1 - First contact

Before filling out our contact form, you can first get information by consulting our website, in the section concerned.

Step 2 - Form

​

To receive a quote and to build your file, you will need to complete the following form: https://www.thebodytour.com/contact

It is important that you send us your photos, as clearly as possible, in order to receive an offer from us as soon as possible.

Step 3 - The photos to attach to your file

​

As part of a hair transplant, we will need 4 photos (see below).

You will need to attach:

​

​

1. a front photo (a portrait)

2. a photo of the top of the skull

3. a picture of your right profile

4. a left profile picture

5. a photo of the back of your head

​

The information collected from this form will be sent to the doctor and our medical teams for a diagnosis.

 

Step 4 - Send documents

​

It will take you 48 hours on average to receive a response from our medical teams.

 

Step 5 - Receipt of your quote

​

You will receive a call from us before receiving your quote. Do not hesitate to ask all your questions.
